Where is my order?
All goods are dispatched from Wellington, New Zealand and are delivered by track and trace courier. At the time of collection from our despatch centre you should receive an email with your track and trace link. The email will also include instructions on who to contact if you are not happy with your delivery.
How can I change my delivery address?
Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been picked ready for dispatch, you can contact us to arrange a new delivery address. Due to the small window of opportunity to affect any requests to change a delivery address on an order already placed, we would advise that you call us during office hours rather than email to ensure your request is dealt with urgently. We are unable to guarantee any address change requests will be carried through successfully and we advise you to take extra care when selecting your delivery address.
Where can you deliver orders?
We can only send orders to addresses within New Zealand. We are unable to ship to international addresses but we may have a website in your country. If you need to locate a different country website please click here.
What are your delivery charges?
Currently, we offer nationwide standard delivery at a flat fee of NZ$4.95 (incl.GST). Our orders are delivered using track and trace courier and require a signature. All orders should arrive within 1 to 3 working days (rural deliveries may take longer).
Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
Not at this time. All our deliveries require a signature for proof of delivery.
Is there an additional charge for rural deliveries?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What do I do if I am unhappy with my order?
We believe strongly in our products and their quality and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are disappointed in any way, please contact us within 14 days of purchase via phone: 0800 820 083, email or in-store. We will happily exchange unused products within 14 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition and packaging and must be presented with proof of purchase. In the event of an allergic reaction, a refund may be given. Any refunds will be made in the original method of payment, excluding delivery costs. We cannot accept returns of Gift Cards.
Your product(s) can only be returned in New Zealand either by post or to our Customer Care Team at the return address noted below or in-store.
If returning to store please make sure you have your delivery document or invoice with you. If the delivery documents or invoice are not presented, the store will not be able to process your exchange or refund for you.
The following information is required when returning your goods via post:
• Confirmation email containing your Order Number
• Delivery documentation containing your Delivery Number
• List and description of goods to be returned
• Reason given for returning goods
If you're returning the goods by post please note:
• It may take up to ten(10) working days for your parcel to reach us
• Returned items will be processed within two (2) working days of receipt
• Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel so that goods are not damaged in transit (we will not be able to accept goods that have been damaged, goods need to be in original and re-sellable condition)
• Consider using a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance.

What are they?
Promotion Codes are special codes that we issue from time to time in relation to promotional campaigns or special customer offers. They usually provide a discount and may be specifically related to an individual product or a new range of products.
