Things you should know about your Membership Perks
- Your card must be used at least once within each 12 month period from the date of issue to remain valid, and is valid in New Zealand only.
- Your card is valid only at participating The Body Shop New Zealand stores and thebodyshop.co.nz.
- Your card is non-transferable.
- Points can be earned on your first purchase.
- Your card or other identifying information such as email address or phone number must be presented at time of purchase. Membership entitles you to the rewards mentioned above, unless otherwise stated.
- Points will be issued for the purchase of full price items only.
- Discounts, privileges and incentives are only valid upon presentation of the card and/or email address and phone number at time of payment.
- Birthday discount is valid on full priced items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Customers will receive a $10 rewards voucher for every 100 points redeemed. Rewards voucher is only valid on in-store purchases over $10 and purchase must be made in a single transaction. Reward vouchers expire 90 days from date of issue.
- Reward vouchers can only be redeemed in participating The Body Shop New Zealand stores.
- The Body Shop reserves the right to amend privileges, terms and conditions without prior notice.
- You must present this card/email address/phone number for any point recording or reward redemption, points will not be issued after time of purchase. Points will not be re-issued in case of card loss.
- By becoming a member of Love Your Body™ Club you are giving The Body Shop New Zealand permission to use and share your information with The Body Shop International PLC.
- The Body Shop New Zealand (OLT Retail Ltd) is committed to protecting the privacy of any information given by its customers and has developed internal procedures consistent with the Privacy Principles under the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993.
- Points will not be earned on campaign items, gift vouchers or donations.
